Tom currently serves on the Boards of Reynolds American (NYSE) and UDR, Inc. and has been a retained advisor to many leading companies, including American Express and UPS. He also served on the board of NYFIX until its merger with the New York Stock Exchange, Nov. 30, 2009, requiring the resignation of all board members.
